- Ensure that the new ways of working are clearly understood within CRES and the wider bank and working optimally from both a business/country and functional perspective. Ensure workspace is aligned with Compliance policies. - Effectively communicate and understand the business requirements and preferences of stake holders and implement at site. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations by regular communication /effective follow up /feed-back. Ensure proactive involvement of other support functions like IT / Finance. - Support and implement AW in all office projects. Deliver agility programmes that optimise building capacity and deliver a productive working environment, fully supporting the Bank's agile working objectives. - Deliver design solutions that strengthen the Brand and optimise the staff and customer experience through alignment with Group Branding. - Ensure special environment elements are built into all upcoming branches.
