I dedicate myself to the design of digital products, aiming for continuous value generation in order to develop quality software. I always seek to nurture an environment of innovation and learning, with the Agile and Lean principles as the basis for decision-making. I specialize in the fintech industry, supported by both my professional experience and my academic training in Economics. I am currently working as Product Owner in Flexibility SRL, colaborating in the building of plug, a platform that accelerates the design and development of financial digital products for players in the regional fintech ecosystem. Previously, I worked at Lumina Americas, participating in projects for JP Morgan Chase, HSBC and Banco Santander, among others. Personally, I have found true purpose and drive in product development. The experience of facing problems, thinking about solutions, creating them and seeing their impact on the lives of users and organizations has been enormously satisfactory.
