If it is a recurring issue, then draft a permanent fix, test it in Staging environment & have it deployed to Production. Whilst looking into these issues, work on the Daily business as usual tasks and be a part of the verification team carrying out the Quality checks of the tickets that are part of the upcoming Web/Core release. Driving the Daily stand-up calls discussing the progress of the tickets/stories that have been thoroughly tested, defects found (if any), planning the next code deployment and the verifications to be carried out post the deployment. Not to mention about attending the Meetings setup by the Business team to discuss the additions/improvements being added to the existing Web infrastructure/application, guiding through the Technical queries and proceeding the confirmed Requirement for Effort estimation with the partnered Development team.
