Gustavo D. Saraiva

Engineer and entrepreneur with experience in planning and management of construction budgetary in all areas of civil engineering. Founded GDSA Engenharia in 2006, where acted as financial manager at all the industrials, commercials and high standard residentials buildings, executed by the company. As part of the consolidation of this project, GDSAneo emerged in 2010 as a new business focused on the luxury real estate market. In 2016, the two previous projects converged on a right step, called Maison São Paulo, wich was dedicated to the renovation and modernization of outdated apartments in noble districts of São Paulo. In 2018, Maison São Paulo merged with Loft, a new company focused on reinventing the process of buying and selling real estate in Brazil by leveraging technology and data.
