Hello! I am a UX researcher with 9 years of experience. Currently, I am a Experience Design Department(XDD) manager at FunPodium. I graduated with a degree in Communication Studies from National Chiao Tung University. Since then, I decided to enter the UX industry and fell in love with it. I have taken part in multiple projects, such as fitness devices, online education platform, office conferencing software, hospital prediction system, and online sport gaming platform. I believe a professional UXR should be able to work across different fields. Those experiences helped me boost my critical thinking and broadened my horizon. In addition to my research background, I also have a management experience. I used to be a UXR team lead before, now I am a manager of XDD. XDD is an integrated department. We are in charge of all experience of products. There are 2 main roles in XDD, namely UIUX designer and UX researcher. Our workflow is involved with PO/PMs, engineers, and data engineers. Apart from design outcomes, we also attach importance to research - both to qualitative and quantitative data. Combined with the above experiences in hands-on practice and management.
