My life principle is that my valuations have been set by what I have contributed to, no matter in my personal life or in my professional life which motivates me to continually maximize benefits in every single role. Therefore, as a BDM, I always try my best to deliver my company’s valuations to satisfy our target customers. In order to achieve that purpose, I attempt to understand deeply my company’s core valuation, its missions, and its development targets as well as understand my potential customers to create the best solutions for their concerns, which could lead to win-win long-term cooperation. In order to spread this positive energy in my team, I research, analyze and arrange systematically business information to explain simply for my colleagues, making them understand incisively about our target customers, any situation we’ve faced, what could we do to create the suitable solution. I also inspire them with innovative business ideas and encourage them to overcome problems with my positive spirit. As a result, together we can exploit effectively all resources (our team cooperation, the support of other departments, partners, and customers…) to satisfy prospects and meet each person’s performance as well as our teams’ business targets.
