I am an active person with keen observation who is excellent in digging out the pain point. I could be a team player but also a leader, cooperating with my teams to remove the barriers and reach out to our goals. As a sales representative in medical device area with good selling skills, excellence in teamwork with multi-functional teams, and digging out the pain point to remove the barriers.. Used to be a cardiovascular surgical ICU nurse in NTUH with professional nursing skills, and solid medical knowledge. Moreover, being as a team player to collaborate with different professions in the hospital to formulate the perfect rehabilitation plans. Being a co-founder of Black Bear Metsässä, a voluntary group in Finland, we have held more than 15 activities for more than 100 elderlies with all kinds of activities which brought us good feedback from the Finnish. Moreover, we also held a long-term care workshop in Taiwan to discuss with Taiwaneses about what we have seen in Finland but also what could be duplicated to Taiwan.
