Having 16+ Years of Gulf experience in the field of ELV Systems and Structured Cabling/ Telecommunication Infrastructures for Hospitals, Buildings, Ware Houses, Resorts & Hotels, Multistoried Buildings & Commercial Complexes and Nuclear Power Plants. Responsibilities: o To continually converse, coordinate, meet and discuss with the Client, Consultants and MEP Contractors at various stages of a Project. O Project Engineering and management for Access Control System, using P2000 and CK721 and reader modules. O Commissioning of Johnson Controls Access Control System P2000. O Creating E-counters for release of PO and PPC for the invoices received. O Coordinating with ELV Sub Contractor for IT, Structured cabling, IP based Nurse call and PA system. O Provide technical support and guidance to sub-contractors and suppliers. O Supervise the team at Site for completing the project as per schedule. O Validates complete system functionality and resolves issues with subcontractors and others to ensure proper operation. Provides accurate project as-built and commissioning documentation o To guide and direct the AutoCAD team in preparation of Shop Drawings, As-Build Drawings and Network/Riser Schematics. O Manages the selection of materials, ordering, budget and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the project. O Develops project plans and coordinates the required resources to ensure timely and cost effective installation and completion of project. O Co-Ordinate all engineering activities with Consultant, Main Contractor and Sub Contractors.
