I tend to see life as a big, complex puzzle where everything is connected - but unlike Analysts, who tend to see that puzzle as a series of systemic machinations, I see it through a prism of emotion, compassion and mysticism, and always look for a deeper meaning. There are two basic things that I seek most in the workplace: The chance to explore new ideas, and the chance to conduct that exploration alongside other people who share their excitement. I am growth-oriented, and as subordinates I will impress my managers with my creativity and adaptability.
