What are you passionate about? I am passionate about producing growth, cultivating relationships, building long-standing results, solving problems, and creating win-win experiences that cross cultural bridges to achieve mutual goals. At Tebra, I had the thrilling opportunity to partner with key players in the #saas #sales space to create a brand-new channel and playbook. This new pipeline fueled our internal cross-sell sales team with fresh strategic opportunities, aiding in the top priority company agenda of #becomingTebra. At Shokz, I had the exciting opportunity to work closely within our U.S. And Shenzhen, China offices. Daily collaboration with my executive leadership team, both in the U.S. And China, enabled me to lead a multi-national inside sales team, and manage all external partnerships for specialty retail. We doubled our channel sales in just three years. This was an extremely rewarding experience. In Honduras, I had the honor of directing Dheming Ministries, an NGO I founded. I was fully immersed in the Honduran culture, working 100% in Spanish for 6 years, to lead teams in the non-profit community. I partnered with Esperanza Viva, la Fundación Hondureña para el Niño con Cáncer, Honduras’ leading children’s cancer foundation, both top-rated CEUTEC and UNITEC universities, and other valuable organizations creating programs that are still leaving a lasting impact in the country to this day. I have a passion for my faith, family, learning, languages, travel, music, and being active outdoors. I have come to realize these things are what drive me.
