Hae Won Shin

For the last four years, I have been working as Head of Music and supporting the implementation of the Juilliard Performing Arts Program at NACIS. I have been teaching IBDP, MYP, IPC, IMYC, IGCSE and Juilliard Creative Classes. I am a professional flutist and conductor who have performed at the Carnegie Weill Hall, Lincoln Center, and Suntory Hall. My major flute teachers were Julius Baker and Bernard Goldberg. I have achieved ABD of DMA from the University of Washington. Also, I have an MA and MMED degrees from Columbia University. My most interest is in creating outreach orchestra for youth. I also studied Architecture and environmental design and can sing in four octaves.
