I have extensive experience advising on financial regulatory matters. My practice covers a broad range of areas, including licensing and regulatory approvals, conduct of business and governance, FinTech and contentious regulatory matters. With deep knowledge of Singapore regulation and experience of engaging with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), I advise financial institutions on all aspects of their activities in Singapore. Qualified as a lawyer in both Singapore and England & Wales, and with experience of practising in both jurisdictions, I also have a unique understanding of the international issues and synergies that affect my clients. Drawing on my experience in private practice and as an in-house secondee to a bank, I provide pragmatic, commercial and outcome-focused advice. My clients include both financial institutions and corporates operating in the incumbent financial services industry, the FinTech space and the energy and commodities sectors.
