Having worked in internationally operating exhibition companies for more than a decade, I have learned exhibition business from scratch and found the opportunity to improve myself both personally and professionally. Through all these years, I have taken responsibilities in many different departments, e.g. Ranging from b2b matchmaking over to constructing stands; both off and on-site, therefore gaining the ability to consider different aspects of the business; seeing not just particulars, but also the whole. I enjoy working with people, the will and ability to further develop organizations motivate me. Also a strong assertiveness, adapted to the respective situation in order to achieve goals and effect changes, is part of my personality.
