Haley Burns

As a Product Manager, I straddle the areas of technology, business, design, and customer service. I use technology to solve operational issues and create and optimize the way people move. The mobility industry is moving towards autonomous, subscription-based vehicle usage, creating connected and cohesive transportation experiences for people in cities across the world. In my career I help solve some of the hardest problems in mobility. Starting in operational sales, I moved quickly to solving operational problems with hands-on, strategic organization of people and processes. My career then moved rapidly to transport tech, then jumped right into product management, because of my drive to get to the level where I can really make a difference globally. I understand operations and software, but I also understand customer pain points. I have experience in what it takes to operate transportation systems and what problems plague operators and users of these systems. This gives me a unique and valuable perspective as a Product Manager. Now I have the knowledge and experience to make an impact and get products built. I’m helping to build products that align with the needs of our customers and the needs of the industry.
