I started working as a Certified Nurses Assistant at Altru Hospital in ND when I was 19yrs old. I thought it was the perfect job to highlight all of my best qualities: bright energy, friendly attitude, reliable, respectful, willing to learn, and quality work. When the opportunity arose to work in the hospital business office, I realized my love for paperwork, organization, checklists, and details. When I'm working with people, I miss paper, and vice versa. Ultimately I picked people! I went to college for Sign Language Interpreting and although it doesn't require my passion for checklists, I'm hoping one day to find a career that is the best of both worlds.
