Halle Madia is a mission-driven brand builder who champions people from the intersection of talent management and hospitality. Co-Founder at FUTURE, Madia is curating a high performance organizational culture that super-serves the self employed, by combining all of their financial and business resources into one intuitive experience— so they’re never in it alone. Prior to FUTURE, Halle served as Chief Talent Officer on the executive leadership team of SoulCycle, the fitness revolution famous for their world-class instructors with cult-like followings. Throughout her tenure she was responsible for scaling the brand’s talent acquisition and training program, which set the stage for their signature mind-body experience. A graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Madia began her professional career as a Talent Agent discovering and developing rising stars in the entertainment industry.
