HSEQ Manager with 16 years experience in oil and gas industries ( Offshore , Onshore Drilling and Seismic)I have started HSE job with OEOC ( one of the well known Upstream Oil and gas company ). I have worked in all positions of HSE and have a comprehensive sense of work in site .I believe team work and try to Follow PDCA circle in current and long term tasks . I worked in international projects with the Clients, such as PETRONAS ( Malaysia ), LUKOIL of Russia and South Korea's DAEWOO.I prepared tender documents regarding HSE issues as a contractor or client companiesI did risk assessment many times based on standards procedures in field of seismic , Drilling , Offshore and related activities .I contributed to purchase land and offshore drilling rigs , estimate fire fighting systems, clinic requirements , accommodation facilities , Escape route& device , LSA equipment , SOPEP , and cheeking of all related certificate and documents , safety requirements .PPE I have experience in accident investigation and follow up systems.and other related system which helps companies to recheck WI and procedures,I held many training courses concerning HSE ( PTW , working at height , HSE rules , ISO , environmental issues, HSE management , H2S , drilling safety , defensive driving and so on ) I have been studying on EER system on jack up rigs since 2011 and asset evacuation equipment on jack up rigs and related Law and codes and guidlines ( IMO , Norsok . IADC , UKAS reports , IACS , MAIB . OGP . MCA. OCIMF ) I manage to find proper specification of LSA , FFA , PPE and to handle rig operation. have got my MS in HSE management and my BS in Environmental Health engineering I am Familiar with HSE international rules , Offshore rules, Drilling HSE rules.
