With almost ten years of experience in the restructuring industry, I have dealt with numerous complexed distressed situations globally, with engagements taking me to Europe and across Asia. During my time on secondment with an international bank, I was exposed to managing restructuring issues in a number of jurisdictions throughout Asia and in the Middle East, including Singapore, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Oman and the Philippines. Key to achieving the best possible results on these engagements was my ability to disseminate the information available to enable the development of workable plans that delivered solutions across multiple geographies, cultures and legal jurisdictions.
