My background is a Thermal & Fluid Mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in Energy Studies from the university of Queensland. Project management, Liaising with builders, Architects and other contractors to run the projects smoothly and in accordance to BCA. Estimating & tenders management, leading & delivering projects from A to Z in accordance with BCA (Building Codes Australia) NCC compliance, providing sketch and HVAC design for various residential & industrial projects, subcontractors management and monitoring, thermal load calculations include duct sizing and equipment selection, air change, heat and energy recovery, Building Management System (BMS), to Optimizing energy performance in buildings. Supervising junior engineers in design, equipment selection and drafting to suits the projects. Piping & pipeline design for commercial projects including Oil & Gas industry. Clean rooms design and installation, air filtration, kitchen exhausts and infiltration airs. Site supervision and providing technical guide lines for sub-contractors to minimize failures, duplication and BCA satisfaction. Implementing Passive house standard in buildings, primary energy consumption reduction in buildings and grid in-dependency.
