From intern in business consultancy to Cost and Performance Engineer in the strategic planning department at Manaseer Group, one of the largest business groups in Jordan, I started the first three years of my professional career. It was then when I started paying more attention to my exceptional ability to learn fast. I've also demonstrated huge abilities in analysis and problem solving. I've mastered business financial planning and analysis, budgeting, KPI's implementation, feasibility studies and lots of other skills that enabled me of leading various cost and performance optimization projects. After that, I was offered to join the regional HR team in Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH), the largest hygienic tissue producer in the MENA region and currently present in more than 75 countries, as a Cost Performance Analyst. Six months after I joined, FHH went through wide restructuring program as part of its transformation journey towards an IPO, and I was assigned tasks related to OD and C&B. Once again, I didn't fail to prove myself as a big added value and I was promoted three times in three years for my exceptional attitude and performance. Along the way, I had to develop and meet different level of capabilities, knowledge and standards, yet what matters the most was the growth in my personality. I have evolved greatly in things like maturity, emotional resilience, commitment and consistency.
