I look forward to the transition of the textile industry toward a circular economy where all stakeholders are equally and transparently engaged to foster a sustainable future. The circular economy within the textile industry is where I see my passion as well as my expertise. In my past working experience in the textile supply chain from tier 1 to tier 3, I realized that my strength is to connect people across departments, companies, and countries with great empathy. I am a solution-oriented and wide-open person who thinks multidimensionally. As a communicator between vendors and brands, I have gained valuable insights into a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. As a facilitator at design thinking workshops, I have learned to observe people, adapt various perspectives, and optimize the communication process. I am also a fan of social psychology. Together with my clinical psychologist friends, we created a club that talks about life value. We design immersive experience and exchange thoughts for people who want to explore themselves. Circular economy related projects * Facilitate partners of the textile supply chain (upstream to downstream) to co-create solutions for circular textile (at co-innovation lab, a project funded by the Taiwanese government) * Lead a textile-to-textile project which involves one of the largest polyester manufacturers, a NIR company, local post-consumer clothes collectors, and other stakeholders. * Volunteer at Taiwan Circular Network to write about circular textile-related articles and consult circular textile workshops for SMEs.
