Hana Shoib

Trainee Broadcast Engineer at the BBC. Undertaking a masters degree in Broadcast Engineering and rotating through placements within the BBC. Undergraduate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Queen Mary University of London. Completed a placement in BBC Playout with a presentation about BBC Playout to go at the end of it. Taking part in teamwork through building a wiki site to unite teams across the three Nation (Scotland, NI and Wales) and getting involved in testing the new Playout system with people across the UK in remote locations. School report mentor and STEM ambassador at the BBC and have previously done STEM work though events, school visits and presentations. Also have been a mentor for work experience for students 14-18 year olds in a previous role.
