Holder of BSc.in Mechanical Engineering and MSc in Material Since & Engineering. Occupationally 6 practical years of experience as Mechanical & Piping Engineer in Design Engineering, Lean Manufacturing/ in situ Fabrication and EPC phases for oil & gas, petrochemical and power sectors. Technically enduring and possessing a broad range of effective management strategies. Ability to lead engineering projects from FEED to IFC. Ability to control procurement and logistics activities for optimal cost minimization and on-time project delivery. Experienced in implanting new lean manufacturing strategies for the existing production lines and/or temporary fabrication facilities. Effectively and statically evaluation of manpower productivity, accuracy and precision. Evaluation skills to improve production efficiency and profitability. Ability to handle client review meetings and enhance client satisfaction. Man-hours estimation and planning activities. Working knowledge in designing software like CAESAR-II, SP3D, PV-Elite and MicroStationV8. Knowledge of Codes and Standards like ASTM, ASME, API, Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SAEP), etc. Used in the Oil & Gas industry. Practical experience in developing mechanical and piping deliverables Besides, ability to conduct full stress analysis process. Working knowledge in preparation and review of vendor Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Design Model reviews, constructability reviews, Third-party/vendor document & drawing review (equipment package of; Pumps, Compressors, Storage & Pressurized vessels, Chillers, Coolers/HE, Air dryers…), solve technical queries (TQs) and full site co-ordinations. Have good experience in developing, review & finalizing SOW. Knowledge of the principle roles of other design & engineering groups, (electrical, process, civil, instrumentation...), and the ability to use input from other disciplines.
