I am a highly motivated and effective Head of Treasury & Accounting who delivers high quality and sustainable results supported by strong compliance to accounting standards background. Accurate and timely deliverable of financial and other reports to various stakeholders internally and externally is my key role. With my strong communication and alignment skills I play a key role in linking my department goals to the organization overall strategies. My most stood competencies as a leader are decision making and facilitating change. Customer service is high priority as an overall Treasury & Accounting controller and I understand the importance of delivering tangible benefits by following key performance indicators KPIs at all times. Continuous improvement, simplification, creativity and enhancement of the CAFO Area deliverables with and to other areas are a key strength in my role. A project oriented and experienced in building and establishing new department/special projects with full instructions, procedures and controls.
