Hanim Azira Mohd Taib

I am working as a financial lines and casualty underwriter for the past 5 years. Prior to current employment, I worked in an insurance broking firm. All in, I have 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry.Moving from broking to underwriting job is 360 degree changes I have made in my career. Both jobs has taught me valuable knowledge. From being a direct broker who was in charged for risk placement, I have learnt treaty and facultative underwriting and gain experiences in, not only Malaysia, but other countries in South East Asia and India.I regarded myself as a person who thrive in a hectic environment and will not shy away from challenges. As a working mother, I believe in giving 110% and focus all my energy during working hours and to be home with family after work. Work-life balance is very important for me in shaping myself to be happy employee with excellent personality.
