I am experienced Finance specialist with profile Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Statutory Accounting. I have worked in the countries: Denmark, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania. The main areas where I worked are: - Annual Reports preparation, conducting internal and external audits. - Tax reporting: Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing reports preparation and submission. - Month closing: leading of the process for entity, control over timely closing, accruals calculation and posting; P&L and Balance Sheets accounts reconciliation. - Internal controls: drafting and implementation of internal policies and procedures, ensuring their clear governance. - Treasury: Bank account opening for company, setting-up and updating signature rights. - Credit Control: calculation of customer´s credit limits and payment terms. - FP&A: entity Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow planning (operational, annual, strategic) - FP&A: market OPEX planning and control over performance. - Pricing: o Transfer prices calculation, maintenance and control for purchases from Intercompany, o Sales prices set-up in collaboration with sales department. Sales prices input (maintenance in accounting system). - Manager´s role: experience in governing Finance (Accounting) department on different locations since year 2005. - Projects. Leading of SAP HANA (S/4) implementation from entity side: describing of mail finance processes, testing, preparation for go-live, go-live and post-go-live actions.
