Hanna Rinderknecht-Mahaffy is a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) for Microsoft based in New York City. As a CSAM specializing in Financial Services, Hanna manages a portfolio of accounts within Capital Markets. Hanna is a trusted advisor to her customers and is focused on building strong relationships through the successful adoption and productive use of all Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Dynamics and Office 365. Hanna is excited about empowering all her customers through supporting their digital transformation to the cloud. With a Bachelors of Science and major in Physics, Hanna has a deeply technical mindset, which has allowed her to seamlessly transition into the tech industry. Hanna has also continued her passion for coding, which stemmed from her time in college, where she minored in Interactive Media. With her growth mindset and thirst for knowledge, Hanna is determined to deepen her technical acumen to build more accessible systems and empower EVERYONE to achieve more.
