Most recently I worked as an Excecutive Assistant to the Brand and Country Director of Bestseller US out of the Danish office. I previously ran the New York department of the Global Architecture firm BIG, Bjarke Ingels Group, where I managed a front office team of 4 and a back office team of 8 people, while also maintaining the facilities, producing all internal and external events, and supporting 250 employees and partners on the premises. Earlier I worked as an Excecutive Assistant and Event manager for The Ad Council, a job that consisted of heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, complex budgeting, expense reports and other accounting tasks. This in addition to liaising with caterers, vendors and the Design and PR team to create top tier fundraising events with seven figure targets. I am very familiar with Outlook Office, Google Suite and Salesforce. I have experience with InDesign and various other accounting systems and HR platforms. Additionally, I am the founder and CEO of AirBooking, a Property Management Company and I gained entrepreneurial experience with BCakeNY, a Custom Cake Company that I co-founded and ran as Managing Director. During my time with AirBooking and BCakeNY I learned all the ins and outs of building a business from the bottom up, here and learned the importance of being proactive and the vitality of networking.
