I am a proactive, driven, hard-working, people-centric professional. I have work experience in education, medical office, retail, and the food industry. After four years at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville studying History, I am seeking a new opportunity to utilize my skills and experience, ideally in a publishing/editorial role. I am adept at organizing and prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment while managing complex situations. I have experience in a multitude of computer programs including but not limited to Google Business Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iWork, PoS systems, and medical scheduling programs. I excel at editing and picking out fine details as well as creative writing. I have proficiency in high-level internal and external customer service and client management, utilizing conflict management, de-escalation tools, and of course kindness and respect. I am skilled in calendar management, patient and client scheduling, and data entry. I am also able to lead and manage small groups through implemented organizational procedures, with the ability to think quickly and make urgent and important decisions.
