I am a Wildlife Professional that is persistently trying to pursue a career in Natural Resources and GIS. I am a novice Web Developer as well. First of all, I would describe myself as down to earth, focused, reliable, and adventurous. I am detail oriented and like to have clear instructions and goals. I would describe my work ethic as I have been in the work force for over 20 years and feel that I have been dependable and hard working in my entire career. Secondly, I like to acknowledge that I am a introvert that is on the Autism Spectrum. I do have difficulty with spontaneous conversations. From the State of California, I do have a disability Schedule A letter that is featured on my LinkedIn profile. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is characterized by social challenges, intense special interests, and difficulties of communication. Thirdly, I am actively seeking in the Natural Resources, GIS, and Web Development field. From 2017-2020, I worked with Biocon2 as a Biological Technician where I surveyed and monitored for species covered under the Coachella Valley Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (CVMSHCP), including: • Coachella Valley Milkvetch (Astragalus lentiginosus coachellae), • Coachella Valley Fringe-toed Lizard (Uma inornata), • Western Burrowing Owl (Athene cunicularia hypugaea), • Loggerhead Shrike (Lanius ludovicianus), and • Desert Tortoise (Gopherus agassizii). Fourthly, I currently work as a Fuel Center Clerk at a local supermarket. As a Fuel Center Clerk, I assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, maintain compliance documentation, perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies, state, and federal laws. Fifthly, I am taking on a new learning experience: I am learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for web development. Finally, in the future I plan to gain more experience in the Natural Resources, GIS, and Web Development field developing new skills and knowledge to grow personally and professionally.
