To date I have been the functional lead on various business and legislative critical projects to implement new and enhanced SAP functionality. I am keen to challenge myself both technically and personally, and have excellent analytical and communication skills in working with all levels of the business. Key Skills In depth design and configuration experience across the core HCM submodules, PA, PD, PT, PY, OM, TEM and ESS/MSS Excellent investigative and analytical skills across the multiple SAP modules including ABAP coding and debugging competencies. Ownership of change management process as applied to the SAP environment, including complex change approvals and ongoing technical assurance to ensure a robust and stable landscape. Excellent communication and business engagement skills to engage with key organisational stakeholders to proactively ensure SAP solutions fulfill current and developing business needs in line with the enterprise road-map. Strong testing competencies including management and guidance of business acceptance testing and quality assurance through to the design of functional test scripts and unit testing. Key skills in driving service delivery excellence, dynamic and focused approach to working with customers and external support partners ensuring that services are delivered in line with internal and external SLAs and quality standards.
