Any company will hardly survive without a well-planned strategy and constant control. Sometimes it is better to take control over the business yourself. Since I have a stake in the business, I am interested in its development and I take the active part in management and creation of the proper business strategy. I am a strategist and a leader able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals. Very strong crisis management skills will also be essential since the managing director is the one expected to “save” the company in times of need. My strong side is my technical background and I am the leader who knows how the business functions but not simply owns it.
