I am currently working full time within the ticketing and live events industry as an event manager within Client Services. In my spare time, I also like to work part time for 'Black Honey' (An up and coming successful indie band from Brighton), at their shows producing high levels of visual merchandising, retailing their merchandise and helping with their digital marketing campaign. Experience within the ticketing and live events industry: - Customer care (emails and live chat facility) - Onsite Box Office - Liaising with clients - Account managing large contracts such as Upper Street Events - Setting up events with up to 60,000 tickets - Helping to create bespoke 'white label' websites - Designing tickets and print at home tickets - Working alongside a team creating bespoke reporting systems for clients - Excellent telephone demeanour - A high level of Excel knowledge - Dealing with several different events and clients at one time English with Creative Writing undergraduate degree: - Ability to manage deadlines - Capability to work as part of a team and also on solo projects - Refined writing and typing skills Experience within Retail: - Managing and supervising a team - Gold star standard of customer service - Visual Merchandising Experience within Band Merchandising: - Setting up merchandising stands for 'Black Honey' - Visual Merchandising to help sales - In show social media for the band
