Hannah Sterry

I am a solicitor in the information law team at Stone King LLP, Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. I advise on a full range of information law matters including transactional work and international data sharing, information requests under the UK GDPR and Freedom of Information Act 2000, data sharing, data protection compliance, data breaches, and direct marketing. I have a particular experience advising clients in the charity and education sectors. I have a background working in research and editorial positions within the publishing sector, and within the NHS with a focus on stroke and traumatic brain injury. I joined Stone King LLP as a paralegal in the education team in 2018, before completing my training contract with the firm. During my training contract, I focused on information law throughout, as well as completing seats with the corporate and commercial team and charity and social enterprise team.
