Therefore, optimal, customer-oriented advice for the individual application is essential for successful pipe rehabilitation work. Due to long-term experience at IMS Robotics GmbH and product knowledge with robotic cutting equipment, I am able and happy to offer technical customer support. I focus on individual requirements, to meet the expectations of our international clients in the trenchless pipe rehabilitation industry! My responsibilities included quality management, operator training on new cutting robot and rental equipment, exhibition support, live demonstration and technical documentation. Between 2015 and 2019 my key tasks were the international service communication and customer service support. I enhanced my technical knowledge and offered service-oriented customer support. The combination of product knowledge, technical background and continuous customer support is the basis of my daily work. And I would like to share this experience with you and your company!
