My experience in driving and cultivate the lead generation part of the sales value chain, also enables me to facilitate good down-stream handling of different cross-selling targets, applying prober processes and measures for Sales, execution packages (e.g. Briefs and scripts) and importantly facilitating data collection through Sales reps, which feed back in to the lead generation activities. My experiences both up- and down-stream enables me to apply a holistic approach, which caters for me placing appropriate demands for departments and stakeholders within each of the areas.
