I am a Malagasy-qualified lawyer and an Associate at John W. Ffooks & Co. Madagascar. I am based in Antananarivo and advises international clients investing across francophone Africa and in Madagascar. I have worked on a number of matters including Ambatovy and became the team leader. In addition, I have worked on a number of large, detailed due diligences as well as looking after the corporate interests of a Hong Kong based natural resources company. I additionally acquired extensive experience on mining. I have conducted due diligences of a number of mining companies in francophone Africa and in Madagascar. I acquired recently other experience on telecommunication and advises clients in Madagascar and in many Francophone Countries.
