Hao has prepared and prosecuted more than one thousand patent applications and he works closely with clients in Asia and U.S. to obtain IP protections all over the world. Hao also provides other IP counseling services to facilitate business transactions. His technical experience and language skills are invaluable to his clients in a global marketplace. Hao has drafted freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, patentability and invalidity opinions, in addition to his prosecution work; provided advice to prospective and existing clients about patent strategies in U.S. and China, and he has also provided support to various litigation teams.
