Harald Hohl

Harald Hohl's knowledge and experience in B2B marketing complex products and systems as well as B2C consumer products helped companies worldwide to launch successful products. Harald has worked for Frankfurt-based contractor, dealer and rental company PA Sound from 1984 until 1990, where he established and headed the studio service department. Together with two colleagues as partners, Harald founded 1991 the ProAudio Marketing GmbH. The company acted as sole distributor in the DACH markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland for leading brands in the professional audio market like AMS, Allen & Heath, Audio Kinetics, Milab, Wandel & Goltermann and QSC. In 1994 Harald founded ProAudio Kontakt Medientechnologie GmbH on his own, representing manufacturers specializing on state-of-the-art pro audio equipment for the broadcast, film, post production, live sound and installation markets. Brands exclusively represented included AMS NEVE, Audio Kinetics, Calrec Audio and Digital Audio Research. From 2002 on business has actively been focused on marketing strategy and communications consulting as well as developing and publishing PROAUDIOGUIDE CONNECT-ACCESS (proaudioguide.com), a marketing and public relations platform which today has more than 3500 registered brands and businesses in the global professional audio market. Harald has worked on the transition from analogue to digital from the eighties through the nineties up until today. He is an expert for mixing consoles and digital audio workstations and as such is also an expert for the design of ergonomical user interfaces for complex applications. In November 2018 he founded the new company TuchundStoff together with his now-wife Lucia. The company specialises in qualitiy fabrics for contemporary fashion and living history, 100% natural.
