I currently work as a Software Engineer at NetApp PTC in the Systemic Test Engineering Team.My current focus is in the area of Software Development, Automation and Optimization, with an emphasis on Data Analytics and Cloud Computing. Previously, I have worked in the Software Development and Data Analytics domain during my project with Exxon Mobil. My work involved Building optimization models using neural networks as input to predict the maximum oil density in oil rigs using Python, MATLAB and SQL. The highlight of my service was that I developed Linear Models to represent the Neural Network and optimized them to achieve a test accuracy of 91%. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and also navigate complex and demanding challenges. I am ambidextrous in every sense of the word, and I feel that my skills resonate well with the needs of today's dynamic industry. Also, I did my Graduate studies from Carnegie Mellon University where I pursued a Masters degree with a specialization in Mathematical Optimization and Software Development. I took courses like , Data Structures and Algorithms, Software Programming, Cloud Computing and Mathematical Modeling which, coupled with my past work experiences, helped me build proficiency in the fields of interest as mentioned above.
