Having over 12 years of experience to coordinate efforts of cross functional team in New Technological introduction (NTI), Development, Validation, Maturity, Launch and execution of new product, processes focused on composite infusion, hybrid process and metal in Manufacturing and Assembly segment. During my tenure, I worked to support factory setup, green field projects, Product and process development during prototype, support factories in serial production, driving business cases, Production optimization and COPQ projects. I gained vast hands-on experience in GFRP and CFRP processes, fabrication and CNC machining processes, Creation of process instructions, Process validation, PFMEA development, MBP maturity, BOM validation, Engineering change management (ECM), Process risk assessment, GD&T, Tech transfer, DMAIC tool and lean manufacturing tools with the collaboration of multiple stakeholders from the global core team. I am a lean manufacturing green belt holder and pursuing a six sigma black belt. I’d like to use my expertise to deliver more impact on a growing company — to help grow and shape team and culture —and make a significant impact in value creation.
