- A learner and passionate educator with an extensive teaching background of about 15 years in ‘Finance, Accounting & Risk Management in different academic institutions across Nepal and abroad. - Has experience and a piece of sound knowledge of Derivatives and financial markets in Nepal. - Served as the coordinator for research degree programs (Ph.D. And MPhil) at the Kathmandu University School of Management. - Oversaw the undergraduate programs of Kathmandu University School of Management - Served as the MBA Program Director at Global College International, a constituent campus of Shinawatra University, Thailand. - Worked as the Program Coordinator for Graduate School (MBA evening ) at Ace Institute of Management, Kathmandu. - Co-founder/Director of Global Derivatives Pvt. Ltd. - Worked as the Program Coordinator for Undergraduate School at Shubhashree (NASA) College and a visiting faculty at colleges such as Reliance International College, Brilliant Multiple Campus, Apex College, and Ace Institute of Management. - Has co-authored a few books in Finance such as: “Corporate Finance,” “Fundamentals of Financial Management” and "Finance-I" which are widely taught in schools and colleges across the country. - Carried out research ( https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=4TYF2WgAAAAJ&hl=en ) and published in rated/ranked international journals and also supervised above 200 Graduate Research Projects (GRP) for MBA students. - Served as a consultant to MoA, NCF, MUNAA, NABIC, Choice Humanitarian, and a few other institutions. - Has conducted training for senior managers of different organizations and academicians in the area of financial planning, budgeting, cash, and cash flow management, risk management, derivative markets, team building, teaching-learning, and program management. - Has helped entrepreneurs and institutions prepare their business plans, pitch for funding, valuation & entrepreneurial financing, and financial management. Also supervised and mentored more than 200 Business Development Plans (BDP) for MBA students.
