Proven track record in Delivering multiple programs against business objectives by motivating, leading & working closely with onsite / offshore multi-cultural engineering teams ,manufacturing plants and local & global suppliers. Responsible for Managing , allocating & steering large scale budgets based on market / program requirements to ensure optimum utilization of resources by practicing sensible leadership, communication and organization skills.
