Harm Guelen

After working for the Ministry of Defense for 24 years, first as a military officer, later as a civilian, he started at Kinly in 2019. First started as a project manager within Kinly and from May 2021 as a program manager within the government team. Here we work hard as a self-managing team to deliver beautiful and challenging solutions to our customers within the government. I work with passion on improving the processes, working conditions of our team and improving the quality delivered. I am a person with strong analytical skills who also has a quick overview. This allows me to quickly come up with solutions for the problems at hand. Solving these eventual problems gives me energy and after solving them we will evaluate to see how we can prevent future issues. Lessons learned are of great importance in my world. In my spare time my hobbies keep me fit, I enjoy walking and volleyball. I am also active in club life. As of 1996 I am a member of the Sint Barbara Guild in Ravenstein. This is a cultural-historical association that tries to keep the history in Ravenstein alive in a fun and cozy way. At the moment I am chairman of this.
