Harry Ghuman

Harry Ghuman is a known leader in collaborative value creation and customer experience in enterprise technology. Ghuman has secured over $9 billion in sales revenue through his sales leadership and his unique ability to translate industry processes across cross-functional teams to create COTS enterprise software products to solve business problems. Ghuman has led value-based solution sales strategy and sales teams for nearly 30 years, with a focus on Go To Market Strategy by Industry verticals for enterprise software. During his 16 year career at Oracle, Ghuman conceptualized and matured Oracle Insight, the leading Consultative Value Creation Methodology for selling by Industry Verticals. At Palo Alto Networks, Ghuman led customer pursuits with the value proposition for the complete cybersecurity footprint for a rapidly growing market with hundreds of competitors. This was accomplished by creating the cybersecurity industry’s first value framework assessing the maturity of the cybersecurity practices in major verticals of Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Critical Infrastructure and Communications.Additionally, Ghuman has deep expertise in strategy and execution including M&A, channel partnerships, and building global capabilities. He has served on the advisory boards of SaaS companies and serves as an advisor for The Kilt Center of Marketing at The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.Ghuman holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree in Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Panjab University.Aside from professional pursuits, Ghuman is an avid golfer and an acclaimed landscape photographer.
