Harry Nguyen

I've taught for more than 13 years in a BC curriculum school. Although trained in Biology and Chemistry, I've taught various maths and science courses from grades 10-12 during my tenure. I was a Science Department Head for a long time and have extensive experience working closely with school leaders. My school commitments included the MUN (Model United Nations) Club, the Pro-D Committee, and the Assessment and Evaluation Committee. I have a M. Ed degree in assessment and technology in blended-learning. I have experience in both the AP Program and the AdvancED school accreditation. I'm currently the Deputy Principal of Dalian Senior High Girls Campus. My administrative team on the girls campus oversees the day-to-day operations of a school numbering 1300 students. I'm also responsible for scheduling for both the boys and girls campuses totalling 2700 students using PowerSchool. I'll be the Principal for Yancheng Maple Leaf Senior High starting in 2018-2019. The school will open their new campus starting with about 30 Grade 10's.
