I've developed my skills working as custodian, janitor, and sanitation worker. By learning how to use floor cleaning equipment and pressure washer. I have some skills that has to do baking and cooking, although I don't have work experience with baking and cooking, but I've studied culinary twice. I have basic computer skills, can type up to 20 words a minute. When working at Orlando International Airport, I was in charge of making sure the floor cleaning equipment were clean and working for next day, also clean floors with one of the equipment. While working for Chef Creations/Culinary Concept, I was in charge of chemicals because they didn't trust anyone going into chemical shed to get chemical they needed or they'd get too much. When company fired my manager, I was my own boss for almost 5 -6 months. I've cleaned floors with equipment they've bought. Pressure washed from receiving dock to shipping dock. Working for Holiday Inn, I just do regular custodian duties including cleaning carpets...
