I run my own business which is WantPcHelp.com it started out as a hobby during the College and University time but it grew into something bigger I supported end users with computer hardware/software issues and many small enterprises with networking and hardware support providing them with round the clock support and dedication. During the time of running WantPcHelp I learnt so much and with University experiences below shows just some of my I.T related skills from my previous job roles at Cannon High School and experience throughout my life. ➢ Knowledge & experience of 1st/2nd line/Desktop support, Remote support, Call logging systems such as Remedy, HP Service Manager 9, Service Now and Spice Works platform. ➢ Working with Active Directory – Users and Computers & Office 365. ➢ Knowledge and experience of working in a project upgrading PC’s to Windows and Mac. ➢ Experience of using Exchange Admin portal, Managing mailboxes and Office 365 admin Portal ➢ Experience of Troubleshooting and Networking, TCP/IP and Remote Desktop Connection. ➢ Experience of providing Technical Support in at Service Desk and Desktop environments. ➢ Able to diagnose faults and solve technical problems, over the phone or face-to-face. ➢ Plan workload and ensure targets are met, flexible when required and can work under pressure. ➢ Work well under own initiative or as part of a team. ➢ Experiences of managing calls logged at Service Desk/Desktop levels and ensure timely resolution. After University and working in a I.T related area for some years I decided to take some time out and find another area which I always was interested in pursuing was retail Banking for me it was the transition from how banks when growing up to how they have adopted the digital way forward now. I am currently a I.T Support Analyst at ICE Currency and enjoying the role.
