Digging into data to understand the underlying story and communicating that story with the business is what I enjoy doing but also important to ensure the business listens and does what is right for the customer. Bringing together various data sets using SQL, Excel and other software to understand the customer and their pattern of engagement with the company, this data is then used to make the right decisions for the company therefore increasing customers, transactions and sales. Setting up a data analytics hub and single point of truth is vital in building confidence for the data within a business but also allowing all to use this data and gain insight from it. Outside of work, I’m involved in charity initiatives. I deliver talks and workshops on empowerment, equality, and public speaking skills. I also lead the local youth club focusing on history, current affairs and spiritual. I believe in giving back to the community where possible. Being organised, focused, having resilience, confidence and determination are the qualities that I bring.
