It doesn't work if it isn't open." - Unknown.I offer a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, along with over five years of professional experience working with customer service, team management, leadership, performance management, recruitment, training & engagement, generating & implementing process improvements, account management, research, human resources, and working efficiently with teams and individuals of diverse cultures and personalities.I have been exposed to different business practices and work ethics, in which I have accumulated various transferable skills. I am driven and enthusiastic in what I do; and I hope to become an inspirational influencer. My friendly, warm and assured personality strongly identifies me as a people-person. I take pride in being initiative, creative and adaptable. I love traveling and enjoy working pro-actively within solutions-oriented teams. I am a great team player and this role would be an excellent opportunity for me to demonstrate my value to the company, and achieve personal growth with a passion.Further, I was the President of the Student Council at my University – American National College (ANC), and the Public Relations Director/Trainer of Rotaract Club of ANC in Year 2015/16.
